• Team Augmentation:
  Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers.
• Design & Build:
  Join a full‑stack product team to build and deliver innovative products.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (hooks, context, state management) and Node.js.
• Build and expose RESTful and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs, including authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate on backend architecture, data modeling, and database selection (relational or non‑relational).
• Implement performance optimizations, unit/integration/end‑to‑end testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work within agile/scrum environments, contributing to code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code and participate in knowledge sharing across the team.
• Own feature delivery and troubleshoot complex system issues.

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in React (modern patterns), Node.js, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling (CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind).
• Knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong API design, data modeling, and backend architecture skills.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization.
• Proficient in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Positive mindset, can‑do attitude, and extreme ownership of work.
• Consistently work 40 hours per week.
