We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing Customer Intelligence Team. In this role, you will work on all aspects of the current product and future product development, collaborating with passionate engineers on complex projects that help bring cutting‑edge technologies to patients.

The Customer Intelligence Team enables Med Tech companies to accelerate adoption of cutting‑edge medical technology by managing their sales cycles in seamless and context‑rich workflows. You’ll help our clients sell more strategically to both current and future users of their tech by embedding market data and AI recommendations into their day‑to‑day selling motions. We partner with top‑10 Med Tech companies and are embarking on a journey of rapid feature development to ensure their success.

You will be key in delivering impactful, high‑quality scalable solutions that make a difference.

You’ll partner with PMs, designers, and fellow engineers to build end‑to‑end features across web and mobile. While we focus on delivering great work, we are committed to building a fun, collaborative, and supportive team environment – because strong connections help us work even better together. QL, Node.js, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and Lead:
Team up with everyone, from customers and engineers to product managers and designers, shaping solutions to interesting real‑world challenges.

• Build What Matters:
Develop key features and workflows for our products that will change the lives of patients waiting for the latest medical tech.

• Data‑Driven:
Use data insights to identify product enhancements, smooth out performance issues, and discover new opportunities.

• Influence Our Culture:
Help us streamline our processes and make our team even stronger.

• Explore and Innovate:
Use your experience to find new tools and technologies that make our scale better and faster.

• Mentor and Inspire:
Share your knowledge with up‑and‑coming engineers, helping them grow.

Your Profile

• 5+ years as a software engineer working on product domain.

• Obsessed with customer needs, working in a fast‑paced environment where driving impact is essential.

• Full‑stack proficiency with technologies like TS, React, Node.js, GQL, Postgres or other relational DBs, Big Query and other Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies.

• Curious mind and enjoy learning about and working with the latest technologies.

• Team player that leads with empathy and leads by example.

You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Acuity

MD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Base Salary Range: $180,000‑$200,000.
