Join Full Stack as a Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node) working remotely in the USA. In this senior full‑stack engineering role you will collaborate with our clients in two ways: team augmentation or product building.

• Team Augmentation:
  Integrate directly into a client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build:
  Work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree required.
• Strong production experience with React (hooks, context, state‑management libraries).
• Solid experience with Node.js and building RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).
• Hands‑on experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code.
• Ability to work through challenging issues and contribute to libraries.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership of work; daily commitment to high performance.
• Alignment with Full Stack client goals and dedication to commitments.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
