You'll be working on both our Neo EHR platform and My Neo Health  patient portal, creating solutions that directly affect healthcare providers and their patients every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Neo EHR Platform
  : A comprehensive electronic health records system with integrated scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient management.
• My Neo Health  Patient Portal
  :
  Patient-facing application for appointment booking, payment processing, and health record access.
• Core Features
  :
  Payment processing, appointment scheduling, clinic ledgers, patient profiles, automated reminders, lab results management, and personalized care recommendations.
• AI Use Cases
  :
  We are designing the next generation of AI-driven EHR interfaces that streamline clinical workflows, surface insights in real time, and empower providers to deliver faster, more efficient care.

Qualifications Experience Level

• 5 to 7+ years of full stack software development experience
• Proven track record delivering production SaaS applications
• Experience in collaborative, team-based development environments

Technical Requirements

• Database
  :
  Solid experience with Postgre
  
  SQL (primary) and Dynamo
  
  DB (preferred)
• API Development
  : RESTful API design and implementation
• Web Hooks
  :
  Proficient in the deployment and support of a complex set of Webhooks
• Version Control

  Proficient with Git workflows
• Cloud Services

  Experience with AWS (preferred)

Additional Technical Skills

• React hooks, state management, and modern component patterns
• Database design, optimization, and migration strategies
• Third‑party API integrations
• Testing frameworks and automated testing
