Senior Full Stack Web Developer

We're on a mission to redefine how stakeholders experience our brand, and we need a talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer to help make it happen. In this role, you'll work closely with the VP of Technology and a collaborative team of developers to transform user feedback into meaningful, high-impact experiences. Every line of code you write will help improve our applications, delight our users, and support our vision of innovation and excellence.

• Build and enhance web applications using Next.js, delivering fast, intuitive, and reliable experiences that our users love.
• Integrate and manage CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Deploy, scale, and optimize applications on AWS, ensuring our platform performs seamlessly under growth.
• Implement and manage Stripe payments, handling subscriptions, transactions, and webhooks securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch innovative new features.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and solve complex problems to maintain a flawless user experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and automated code, setting high standards for quality and reliability.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Extensive experience with Next.js and its ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, AWS infrastructure, and Stripe integration.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Understanding security best practices in web development.
