Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node) - Remote - USA

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation:
  Integrate directly into a client’s team and work alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build:
  Work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four‑year college degree required.
• Strong production experience with React, including modern patterns such as hooks, context, and state management libraries.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across both frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches such as CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind, or similar.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and consistently work 40 hours per week.
