• Design and implement RASA-based virtual assistants, including NLU pipelines and dialogue management.
• Develop custom Python actions and integrate with APIs and backend systems.
• Configure and optimize RASA Core policies for multi-turn conversations and fallback handling.
• Deploy chatbots using Docker/Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and improve NLU accuracy through data refinement.

• Hands-on experience with RASA (NLU, Core, custom actions).
• Strong Python programming and API integration skills.
• Familiarity with conversational AI design principles and LLM/RAG integrations.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Lang Chain, Hugging Face, or other GenAI frameworks.
