• Analyze production performance, behaviors, and architecture to create performance tests for products
• Build performance‑centric tests and analyze test results to provide insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to formulate test scenarios and contribute to planning
• Create and maintain appropriate test data while understanding the product code and its interactions
• Investigate customer problems and create automated tests to replicate issues

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on software quality assurance testing experience in the software development industry
• 5+ years of experience coding performance tests (e.g., Locust, JMeter)
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as C#, Type Script, Java, or Python
• Strong understanding of SQL and basic software architecture principles
• Habit of writing clean, reusable, and parameterized code for tests

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycle, and processes
• Experience developing high‑quality test strategies and automation tools
• Strong object‑oriented design and coding skills (C#, Type Script, .Net Core, Web API, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with automated unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, nUnit, xUnit) and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
