As a Web Developer at Crystora Dynamics Limited, you will:
1. Web Application Development- Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs that deliver optimal performance across all devices.
- Build and maintain back-end systems and databases using technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Actively participate in meetings to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces that align with our branding and project goals.
- Perform rigorous testing, including unit and integration tests, to ensure reliability and security.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to maintain seamless functionality.
- Regularly update web applications with new features, security patches, and performance improvements.
- Monitor and enhance website speed, SEO performance, and overall efficiency.
- Create comprehensive documentation for codebases, processes, and workflows to ensure smooth onboarding and project continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, or conferences to continually refine your skills.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development**, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web developer, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Proficiency in frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js and CMS platforms like Word Press or Drupal.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Mongo
DB) and API integration. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Knowledge of engineering-related tools (e.g., CAD).
- Relevant certifications in web development or related fields.
