- Excellent communication skills
- z/OS – 2.3 going to 2.5
- Must be able to perform maintenance and upgrades
- RACF
- VTAM
- TCPIP
- Experience with 3rd Party Software to support/maintenance
- Sysplex
- DB2 or CICS or IMF – general knowledge to help support
