The Role

• Build custom system enhancements and integrations to simplify HR and Finance processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Developer.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services (SOAP, REST).

Salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000 annually, with a target compensation of $109,250 based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, pre‑tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six locations. Employees residing within 40 miles of an office (except New York) may be assigned to that location, though in‑office attendance requirements may vary by team. Current policy does not accept applications from candidates in Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Wyoming.
