Senior Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Backend Developer specializing in GoLang to join our vibrant team. This fully remote position offers flexibility in working hours and reports directly to the co-founders. The role involves taking ownership of our backend stack, building applications, and overseeing end-to-end development.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining applications and user experiences from the ground up. You will collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to fully understand the product vision and requirements from the design phase. Your passion for quality and user‑centric design will help you bring complex features to life through high‑quality code.

In this position, you will manage significant portions of the product, keeping all stakeholders informed with regular updates. You should be capable of creating and managing roadmaps for your domain, preparing tasks for sprints, presenting KPIs during bi‑weekly meetings, and assisting in the interview process as the engineering team expands.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 USD, based on experience, plus equity options.
