- Lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models for clients
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand awareness
- Manage development backlog and assign tasks to junior engineers during client engagements
- Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
- Provide client support including troubleshooting and software enhancements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel 25% of the time
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Familiarity with simulation and emulation technology in operational settings
- Experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or other industrial standard simulation software
- Background in conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure
- Experience integrating emulation software with controllers and automation systems
