The Billing Platform team oversees tools, infrastructure, data, reporting, analytics, and services essential for seamless billing experiences for internal users, end customers, and partners. The platform supports financial transactions, customer interactions, and strategic growth.

• Deliver cutting‑edge platforms that scale reliably and efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a team of ambitious engineers.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 4 years managing teams that shipped large‑scale applications and distributed systems.
• Proven success in recruiting and building great teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and decision‑making.
• Thrives with high autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment.
• Technical acumen to drive clarity with staff engineers on architecture.
• Ability to foster a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

• Experience in financial technology, billing, payments, subscription management, or financial reporting.
• Expertise with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, or equivalents.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hybrid role working out of Palo Alto, CA;
  Dallas, TX;
  Chevy Chase, MD.
