What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce and CPQ platforms
- Collaborate on solution and technical design artifacts and participate in cross‑functional review sessions
- Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, Visual Force, LWC, APIs, CPQ, and applications
- Work with business system analysts to implement end‑to‑end automation
- Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as we scale globally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of Salesforce development/administration experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, Visual Force, LWC, and tools and applications
- Experience in agile development methodology
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Experience in designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionality and features
- Web services experience (REST, SOAP)
- Familiarity with integrated applications such as Mulesoft
- Certifications:
Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, and others preferred - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work without supervision
