We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us build an internal AI agent platform. You’ll join a very early‑stage initiative that will scale into a powerful platform impacting multiple areas of the business. This is your chance to be a key player in shaping a transformative project from the ground up, contributing to the foundation of a game‑changing solution that integrates AI technologies to drive automation and innovation across the company.
You’ll work with cutting‑edge technologies, including LLMs and agent frameworks, designing architectures at the intersection of large‑scale services and AI, and helping integrate them deeply into core internal tools.
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with Golang and 2 years working with Python
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, and ADK
- Experience in building or integrating LLM‑based features and agent‑centric architectures
- Experience in machine learning: learning, evaluation, and production deployment of models
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high‑load architectures
- Solid understanding of backend tools and technologies such as Postgre
SQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Git Lab, and microservices architecture - Experience developing internal instruments, automations, CRM and related tools
- A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
- Development of backend for AI agent platform and microservices around it
- Participation in architecture setup and technology selection
- Staying up to date with AI agent frameworks, studying and experimenting
- Improving and optimizing parts of the platform related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load
- Working closely with platform clients, taking feedback into account and helping build a user‑friendly product
