Whatto Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead Salesforce Conga CPQ implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards
- Analyze and recommend effective solutions to improve existing business processes using Salesforce Conga CPQ
- Design and develop applications that align with IT and business strategies, focusing on integration across the organization
- Document development tasks clearly and maintain coding standards to promote code reusability and maintainability
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Conga (Apttus) CPQ projects with proven implementation expertise
- 2+ years of experience in .Net and C# coding, with strong knowledge of Solid principles and OOP concepts
- Experience leading design and solutions for Salesforce Conga CPQ implementations
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems issues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops principles
- Experience with Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Apex customization, and Integration
- Knowledge of CPQ domain and experience implementing with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
- Hands‑on experience with security vulnerability scanning tools
- Familiarity with Git for version control
