REMOTE AI Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AI Engineer to join one of the world's leading financial institutions on a remote basis working EST hours.

Our Machine Learning & AI team uses advanced ML and GenAI to make large-scale systems more reliable, cost-efficient, and automated. We combine classical ML with agentic AI to deliver smarter, safer, and more scalable operations.

Build AI Agents:
Design and deploy AI agents that can diagnose, reason, and act in production environments.

Work with LLMs:
Implement and optimize large language models for real-world operations.

Automate Operations:
Integrate AI with monitoring, incident management, and deployment tools for faster issue resolution.

Collaborate:
Partner with engineers to turn production challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Ensure Safety & Scale:
Build guardrails for compliance, reliability, and performance at scale.

5+ years in software development (Python preferred).

3+ years building production ML systems.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus:
Cloud experience (AWS, containers, serverless).
