We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. Our mission is to provide top-notch booking and ticketing services for arts and entertainment events worldwide, ensuring seamless access to unforgettable experiences for our customers.

• Backend Architecture:
  Create and manage backend services, including RESTful APIs and microservices, utilizing AWS services and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Step Functions, App Sync, Event Bridge).
• Database Management:
  Design, implement, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases, including ORM management.
• Dev Ops and Deployment:
  Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab CI/CD for build, test, and deployment automation.
• Infrastructure as Code & Orchestration:
  Utilize Kubernetes and Terraform for deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Integration Development:
  Develop and maintain integrations using Graph
  
  QL and REST APIs.

  Collaboration:
  
  Actively participate in Agile team activities, code reviews, and cross-functional knowledge sharing in a Lite Agile environment.
• Leadership:
  Provide strong technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the team’s growth and best practices.

• 5+ Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven experience building modern web applications in a full-stack and backend capacity.
• Backend Expertise:
  Node.js, Next.js, Java (Spring framework experience is a plus).
• API Integration:
  Hands-on experience with Graph
  
  QL and REST.
• Cloud & Serverless:
  Hands-on experience of AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, App Sync, Event Bridge) and serverless computing.
• Database Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with SQL, No
  
  SQL, and ORMs.
• Infrastructure & Dev Ops:
  Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Git Lab CI/CD.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Adaptability:
  Openness to working with various other programming languages and evolving technologies.
• Leadership:
  Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding technical teams.
