Role Overview:

• Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems.
• Build product definition and leverage technical skills to drive toward the right solution.
• Engage in cross‑functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering quality across the organization.
• Define reusable application components and patterns from a business and technology perspective.
• Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Flutter), object‑oriented languages, SQL/No
  
  SQL databases, and container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
• Apply Human–AI–Experience (HAX) guidelines to build intuitive, human‑centered AI features.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in daily workflows.
• Use context engineering techniques and AI agents to accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance productivity.
• Mentor other engineers.
• Promote strong engineering discipline (TDD, automated testing, modern practices).
• Champion high‑quality coding standards, maintainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React or Flutter); one required, both a plus.
• Understanding of microservices‑oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs.
• Experience architecting and designing systems.
• Familiarity with Human–AI eXperience (HAX) guidelines.
• Experience with AI developer tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
• Understanding of context engineering concepts and AI agent use.
• Strong Dev Ops, CI/CD, monitoring, and security practices.
• Experience with containers, orchestration, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional software development, including object‑oriented design and front‑end frameworks.
• 3+ years of architecture and design experience.
• 2+ years with React, Flutter, or Type Script.
• 2+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 2+ years in open‑source frameworks.
