• Time Back – An educational platform driving Alpha School’s 2‑hour learning model
• Incept – A content generation platform producing personalized educational material for multiple learning apps deployed at Alpha School
• Crossover – An AI‑driven hiring platform handling tens of thousands of applicants monthly

• Technical Leadership – Drive strategic architectural choices and define technical patterns for the team.
• AI Leadership – Champion emergent AI workflows and develop high‑impact playbooks.
• Implementation – Build intricate, high‑stakes components of the codebase, working directly with a small, cohesive team.
• Quality Reviews – Verify that the team follows established patterns and upholds quality standards.

• Serving solely as an architect without hands‑on implementation
• Getting trapped in continuous meetings
• Managing personnel (focus is on technical leadership, not people management)
• Maintaining legacy systems or internal IT infrastructure

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience creating software products.
• Minimum 3 years as a lead engineer (code reviews) or architect driving critical technical decisions.
• Background working on platform‑level products whose APIs were consumed by other teams.
• Strong engagement with AI tools, consistently experimenting and exploring new possibilities.
