AI Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer, located in Surabaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement AI systems and algorithms, focusing on tasks such as pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural networks. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and deploy software solutions, and optimize models for performance and scalability.

Additionally, they will address technical challenges in computer science and implement the latest advancements in AI research.

• Strong knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Proficient in Computer Science and Software Development, including efficient algorithms and data structures
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and developing intelligent systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of AI principles
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch) is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively with diverse teams
