We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing software solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our research and development processes. This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week, based in our California office.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop software solutions to meet those needs
• Design and develop software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into our software development processes
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality and accuracy of software applications
• Document software development processes and maintain documentation for future reference
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Continuously improve software development processes to increase efficiency and productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
