Machine Learning Researchers and Engineers

We are seeking machine learning researchers and engineers with impressive academic and professional achievements to join our interdisciplinary team in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with chemists, biologists, and computer scientists to expand our efforts applying machine learning to drug discovery, biomolecular simulation, and biophysics.

• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and apply advanced machine learning techniques for drug discovery and biomolecular modeling.
• Design, implement, and evaluate deep learning models using Python.
• Work on ANTON and general‑purpose supercomputers to perform large‑scale biomolecular simulations.
• Publish research findings and contribute to scientific literature.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing deep learning techniques.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience in molecular dynamics, structural biology, medicinal chemistry, cheminformatics, and/or quantum chemistry is beneficial but not required.
• Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and a record of achievement and innovation in machine learning.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $300,000 – $600,000
. The compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of sign‑on and year‑end bonuses, and generous benefits, including relocation and immigration assistance.

Hybrid schedule: office days from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
