As the VP of Software Development for Loop Net, you will be responsible for leading all development and delivery of software. Your teams will design, develop, test, debug and implement operating systems components, software tools, and utilities; as well as determine systems software design requirements in addition to ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. The selected candidate will help transition from current to large new scale systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures will work directly with the CEO, CFO, CTO, Senior Product Leadership to define the processes and technology required to support our growing business.
In addition, you will provide hands on coaching and development to a team of 80+ software developers. This role is located in our Irvine, CA office and has a schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day work from home.
