• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs
• Partner with data scientists to drive performance improvements for applications
• Proactively troubleshoot applications, identifying and resolving performance issues
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python and JavaScript while participating in AGILE/SCRUM processes
• Conduct code reviews and enhance development infrastructure with other engineers

• 2+ years of experience in a collaborative software development environment
• Experience with automation and human-computer interaction principles
• Proficient in creating applications in object-oriented and functional programming environments
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED

• Experience with containerized applications (Docker)
• Front-End development skills in React
• Familiarity with statistics and machine learning concepts
• Web scraping experience using tools like Selenium or Playwright
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
