Software Developer – Remote (PA or MD residents)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic, fully remote team. This role is part of a specialized project where most of the team are subcontractors based in Romania, with a US-based enterprise architect as the key local team member. The position starts as a contract with strong potential for permanent employment in line with the company’s long‑term hiring plans.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance API integrations between systems.

Develop and improve backend processes primarily using C#.

Contribute to frontend features with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

Work with SQL databases and develop robust APIs.

Collaborate with technical and non‑technical colleagues to interpret requirements, document specifications, and propose innovative solutions.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical research.

Independently manage tasks, quickly diagnose issues, and provide solutions during support activities.

Strong experience with C# and modern frontend frameworks.

Proficiency with SQL and API development.

Ability to work independently and across different technologies.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

A proactive, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

Comfort working US daytime hours, filling in while Romanian developers are offline.

Fully remote, but occasional in‑person meetings and team lunches occur in the New York/NJ area.
