• Architect comprehensive AI‑driven systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency orchestration, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
• Immerse yourself in the forefront of AI and software engineering through active R&D participation, conference attendance, and collaboration with academic and professional networks. We require early awareness and adoption of new AI technologies as they emerge.

• Routine Code Maintenance:
  Performing regular updates or debugging of existing codebases to address minor issues or incremental functionality improvements.
• Standard Software Development:
  Executing basic coding or development tasks that implement straightforward features or functionalities without integration of AI.

• Apply your engineering expertise to achieve substantial gains in development velocity, error reduction, and code quality, accelerating software product time‑to‑market and elevating customer satisfaction.

• At least 3 years of experience as a full‑stack software developer (you must have both front‑end and back‑end coding expertise)
• Experience using GenAI code assistants heavily (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
• Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems
• An understanding of when and why to choose specific LLM models for different tasks
• Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
