We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Software Developers are responsible for writing custom software for various departments within the organization, streamlining and automating existing processes, collaborating with the Service Desk team to identify and solve bugs, integrating software with third party systems, and more.

• Write custom software for various departments within the organization to streamline and automate processes.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk team to identify and solve bugs.
• Integrate software with third-party systems.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing applications through refactoring and optimization.

• Technical skills:
  Angular, Python (Flask), C#, Microsoft Access, and MySQL
• 2-3 years of professional software development experience
• The ability to thrive in a remote position (must be located in Michigan)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Degree in Computer Science or related, or an equivalent portfolio showcasing your skills
