- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
- Strong hands‑on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.
- Proven experience working with ESP
32 platforms, with ESP
32‑C6 and ESP
32‑S3 strongly preferred. - Experience developing embedded systems from prototype hardware to production‑ready devices.
- Hands‑on experience with audio processing, DSP, and low‑latency audio streaming (e.g., Web Sockets, UDP).
- Experience with BLE‑based proximity features and wireless communication on embedded devices.
- Strong background in low‑power optimization, including deep sleep modes and battery management.
- Experience working with IMU sensors and motion tracking in embedded systems.
- Familiarity with on‑device AI inference or embedded ML workloads is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real‑time constraints.
- Comfortable working alongside hardware iteration cycles and manufacturing timelines.
- Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and maintainability.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.

- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
