As a QA Tester, you will ensure the highest quality for software products by designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests. You will collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to understand requirements, review designs, and validate features before release. Your work will directly impact the reliability, usability, and performance of products, while helping streamline QA processes and improve team efficiency.

Accountabilities
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software products.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, working closely with development and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and designs.
  • Design and implement automated tests to enhance QA efficiency and coverage.
  • Review software specifications and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing, providing clear reports on software quality to stakeholders.
  • Support release management processes and ensure timely, high‑quality product launches.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ability to write clear, concise test cases and defect reports.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B2C environments, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), or performance/load testing.
