• Develop and implement efficient algorithms and complex data structures: Set the standard for the team.

• Hands-on contribution: Remain hands-on, contributing to the codebase and tackling the most challenging technical problems alongside your team.

• Technical Expertise: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex, algorithmic challenges.
• Experience: Extensive software development experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products.
• Languages: Familiarity with Rust, Go, or C# is a plus but not mandatory.
• Architectural mastery: Software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles.
• Distributed systems: Experience with distributed systems, networking, or low-level programming is advantageous.

• Leading the design and implementation of a new consensus algorithm.

• Driving contributions to open-source projects and publishing innovative research.
• Defining the strategy and leading the development of SDKs for the best Dev Ex in the industry.
