• Scale and mature the platform to handle the entire mortgage market
• Develop and implement guidelines and frameworks for the engineering organization
• Work across the entire codebase, focusing on distributed systems with complex data dependencies
• Engage in performance engineering using tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Postgre
  
  SQL, and Redis
• Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to drive execution and innovation

• Senior-level experience in engineering, particularly with distributed systems
• Deep experience in performance engineering and familiarity with relevant technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in C# or other statically typed languages like Kotlin, Go, or Java
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
• Proven ability to take responsibility for commitments and deliver results

• Experience scaling complex systems within the financial or mortgage industry
• Demonstrated ability to work across different parts of the tech stack
• Prior experience in a startup environment, especially in early-stage companies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• A passion for building innovative solutions in finance technology
