- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using technologies such as Kotlin, Rust, JavaScript, Java, C#, or C++
- Design and implement mobile network solutions for edge computing environments
- Work with Layer 3 and Layer 4 network protocols, including Multicast, TCP, UDP, QUIC, and NORM
- Optimize mobile network performance to ensure reliability and security in diverse operational settings
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development using Kotlin, Rust, JavaScript, Java, C#, or C++
- Strong understanding of mobile network engineering principles and applications
- Proficiency with Layer 3 and Layer 4 network protocols (Multicast, TCP, UDP, QUIC, NORM, etc.)
- U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements and active Secret clearance required
- Previous experience working on military or government contracts
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE, MANET)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
