• Design and build backend systems for a new consumer credit experience
• Develop scalable, distributed services using event-driven architectures for reliability and maintainability

• Minimum of 4 years of experience building backend systems in production for consumer-facing applications

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Ruby)
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in early-stage product environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in consumer-focused fintech or technology companies with millions of users
• Background in backend systems related to payments or high-scale user workflows
• Experience building zero-to-one products and contributing to product direction
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in dynamic environments
• Strong interest or experience in AI applications in software development
