• Design and develop software solutions to enhance the user experience for the Governance feature
• Contribute to open-source software enhancements that power the platform
• Create technical designs and effectively communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality outputs from fellow engineers
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure timely and well-planned solution delivery

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly in distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Proficiency in API design and development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Go, or Python for high-performance backend solutions
• Experience with cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and modular service design

• Experience building production-grade software, preferably in Scala or Go
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of system design and architecture
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team member
• Previous experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
