Lead Solutions Engineer - Remote

By fostering collaboration among developers and stakeholders, this role is pivotal in enhancing the Logos technology stack. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in distributed systems and blockchain technology to drive integration and adoption within the community.

With a focus on both technical excellence and communication skills, the engineer will support various development efforts and contribute to the advancing vision of a freer internet.

• Red team Logos technology from an external developer perspective, identifying issues and contributing to improvements.
• Design and develop proof-of-concept applications for the Logos Launch strategy.
• Contribute to developer toolkits, SDKs, and blockchain scaffold.
• Provide technical support for developers using Logos technology.
• Represent the organization at events, delivering presentations and educational sessions.
• Assist with integration efforts and partnerships for essential infrastructure.
• Support Lambda Prize management through scope definition and quality review.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance APIs and developer experience.
• Work with the communications team for technical content creation.

• 7+ years of experience in application development across multiple programming languages.
• Proven background in solution engineering or developer relations, preferably in blockchain or decentralised tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independence in unfamiliar tech stacks.
• Customer-focused mindset with stakeholder management experience.
• Alignment with the organization's principles.
