• Collaborate closely with the frontend engineers to define and implement our frontend strategy.
• Take shared ownership of our library architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain high-quality library components using React, Type Script, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by reviewing code, mentoring peers, and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with designers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
• Actively participate in team discussions, explaining your solutions clearly while remaining open to feedback and suggestions.

• 8+ years’ experience as a frontend engineer
• React knowledge:
  React core principles, hooks, performance optimisation, accessibility, testing and best practices.
• Type Script & JavaScript knowledge:
  Strong Java script fundamentals, inclusive effective use of standard browser and ECMAScript APIs. Advanced Type Script proficiency with experience in built-in utility types, authoring custom utility types, advanced type composition and designing expressive maintainable public type APIs.
• CSS knowledge:
  Strong pure CSS fundamentals, modern layout techniques, scalable styling strategies, design system-driven styling and state-based and interactive styling.

• Great communication skills
• Active listening skills, allowing you to understand and consider suggestions
• The ability to explain your solutions clearly and respectfully
• Passionate about your work
• Reliable and hold yourself to a high quality standard in your work
• Curious and excited to learn new things!
• Fluent level spoken and written English is a must!

Compensation Range: €80K - €95K
