Job Title: Full Stack (Java, Angular) developer
Location: Manchester, UK
About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking experienced Full Stack (Java, Angular) developer with strong expertise in banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role- 8 years of Java/Spring Boot development experience including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
- Java 8 to 17;
Docker containerisation;
Spring framework - Experience with CI/CD pipelines e.g. Gradle, Artifactory, Team City
- Angular or other JavaScript UI frameworks
- Web services and REST API design
- Distributed version control systems, ideally Git
- Databases: SQL Server
- Messaging frameworks and APIs such as JMS and Quick
FIX/J - Building user-facing applications
- Understanding and applying OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Code
