• Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Design scalable distributed systems to handle millions of transactions.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Java development.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot 2.x/3.x.
• 3+ years of experience with Camunda (Version 7+ preferred).
• German language proficiency at Level C1 (CEFR).
• Strong expertise in JVM internals and optimization techniques.
• Experience designing and scaling high-load distributed systems.
