As our Engineering Lead, you'll drive the development of a cutting-edge platform, working hands-on with a talented team while shaping the future of the industry.

What You'll Do:

Lead the full-stack development of our platform using Type Script, Node.js, and React.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Work closely with CTO to build the business logic.
Collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
Strong experience in Type Script , Node.js, and React.
BSc/MSc/PhD from a good University.
Passion for AI and tech innovation in the fintech space.
