Lead UiPath Developer; REMOTE

In this role, you will be a key contributor, supporting a long-term project for a stable client. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role encapsulates both technical and non-technical activities, enabling the transformation of business processes and the automation of manual tasks.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering technical solutions aligned with client needs.

• Design, develop, deploy & support Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with customers to document and develop use cases for automation.
• Understand business process requirements and create technical documentation.
• Capture requirements and convert business logic into automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug UiPath automations, maintaining high-quality standards.

• BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math, or equivalent technical studies.
• 8 years overall IT experience.
• 4 Years Hands‑on UiPath Development experience.
• 4 Years Hands‑On UiPath Orchestrator administration experience.
• Experience using UiPath with Office
  365 products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with the full automation lifecycle from Discovery to Implementation.
