Lead Data Engineer - Remote

This role is pivotal in refining Oracle-to-SAP mapping, ensuring high-quality data integration, and contributing to the efficiency of financial data processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle Financials to analyze complex data structures and help execute critical transformation duties.

Strong communication skills are essential, as collaboration with other team members will be a key part of this role. This remote position allows for flexibility while making a significant impact on our partner's financial data initiatives.

• Perform in-depth profiling and analysis of Oracle Financials data.
• Lead refinement of Oracle to SAP source-to-target mappings.
• Collaborate with ETL engineers on extraction logic and transformation requirements.
• Validate Oracle-related staging schemas, quality checks, and exception reports.
• Support testing, reconciliation, dry-run cycles, and defect remediation.
• Align mapping logic with SAP SME and Agris SME.

• 5–7+ years of Oracle Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Experience with financial data migration or ERP consolidation projects.
• Understanding of SAP financial structures beneficial.
• Strong communication and requirements-documentation capabilities.
