This isn’t a feature factory. You’ll build scalable Flutter apps that make a real impact for global brands - products that matter and leave a legacy.
You’ll work in an environment built for focus, creativity and autonomy. No micromanagement. No endless meetings. Just the space to do your best work, your way.
We care deeply about our craft and our people. You’ll join a kind, curious and supportive team that balances excellence with empathy.
You’ll also have true flexibility: work from anywhere, with a culture that values trust, clarity and growth.
What you’ll leadYou’ll start by taking ownership of a major client project - often a flagship mobile app build - delivering engineering excellence and smart testing from day one.
You’ll lead Flutter projects end-to-end: defining testing standards, solving complex technical problems, and shaping how we build high-quality mobile apps.
As Flutter evolves, you’ll help define its future here—experimenting with new tools, driving team practices, and representing hedgehog lab in the wider Flutter community (including events like Flutter North).
Beyond that, you’ll rotate across diverse projects—fintech, healthtech and more—where your expertise can unlock delivery impact.
