We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JAVA Software developer to join the RTI/CBS team within Tax Admin.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Java, Spring Boot, and Web Logic, and will contribute to the delivery, stability, and ongoing improvement of key services.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using PL/SQL and Java.
• Build and enhance application components and services using Spring Boot.
• Ensure code adheres to established engineering standards and practices.

• Support and deploy applications running on Web Logic.
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful integration of new features and components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including performance concerns and system defects.

• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Engage collaboratively within a cross functional team to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

• Active SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong experience with PL/SQL development.
• Proven background in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on Web Logic.
• Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Experience working with large, complex enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with structured delivery processes or Agile team environments.
• Ability to understand, maintain, and improve existing codebases.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
