Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development:
    Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that address specific needs within our manufacturing operations.
  • User‑Centric Design:
    Work closely with the engineering and design team to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and effective software applications.
  • Collaboration:

    Participate in cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of software solutions with our existing systems, such as Windchill and Net Suite.
  • Iteration and Improvement:
    Regularly review and iterate on designs based on user feedback and operational performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving:
    Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that software solutions are robust, reliable, and perform well under various conditions.
  • Documentation:
    Create comprehensive documentation for developed software, including design specifications, user instruction videos, and maintenance guides.
  • Training and Support:
    Provide training and support to users, helping them to adopt new technologies and tools effectively.
  • Research and Innovation:
    Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development, manufacturing, and digital transformation to bring innovative solutions to the team.
