Remote Software Engineer

• Build and implement RAG pipelines, including document chunking and embedding generation
• Integrate and maintain LLM APIs for effective streaming responses
• Develop agent orchestration logic for user request routing
• Create and maintain high-quality prompts for AI responses
• Implement frameworks for AI agent interactions with platform features
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance
• Integrate performance monitoring tools for cost and usage analysis
• Develop knowledge base ingestion pipelines
• Implement multi-turn conversation context management
• Collaborate with frontend engineers for real-time AI interactions
• Optimize API costs through effective caching and prompt engineering
• Write unit and integration tests for AI components

• Strong proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript, and Python
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs like Claude or OpenAI
• Experience in building RAG systems using vector databases

• Experience handling streaming responses and real‑time data
