PII-- Improvement Practitioner

Join us in shaping a smarter, more efficient University. As an Improvement Practitioner, you’ll lead programmes and projects that deliver measurable impact, applying Lean and other CI methodologies to enhance the way we work. You will help embed a culture where continuous improvement becomes part of everyday practice.

As an Improvement Practitioner you can expect to be involved in :

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional CI projects.
• Facilitate improvement workshops to identify opportunities.
• Implement changes using structured CI methodologies.
• Act as the University lead for implementing the use of digital tools.

What will you bring to the role ?

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Recognised process/continuous improvement qualification (e.g. LCS levels 1A,B,C) or part qualified or significant continuous improvement experience in a similar role
• Experience in the successful oversight and hands‑on delivery of projects
• Proven experience applying CI methodologies in complex organisations
• Experience of key project delivery activities such as risk management, stakeholder management, and planning.
