Senior Full Stack Engineer; AI​/SaaS

Ante Digital is an AI automation agency that builds intelligent systems for some of the world's biggest brands. We work on a mix of agency projects for high-profile clients and our own internal SaaS products. We move fast, ship often, and care about results over process. We're looking for a senior engineer who thrives in that environment.

We need a senior full-stack engineer who can take a product from zero to launch - independently. Your work will span three areas: building SaaS products from scratch, delivering agency projects for enterprise clients, and developing internal tools that streamline our operations. You'll be integrating AI throughout the stack and shipping at startup speed. This isn't a role where you wait for specs.

You'll own entire products end-to-end: architecture, frontend, backend, deployment, and iteration based on real user feedback.

• Build and launch full SaaS products from scratch - from database design to polished UI
• Deliver high-quality agency projects for enterprise clients on tight timelines
• Develop internal tools and systems that power our operations and workflows
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into production applications
• Design and implement AI agent workflows and automation systems
• Make smart architectural decisions quickly and independently
• Ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and own the outcome
• Work directly with the CTO - minimal layers, maximum impact

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with modern frameworks (React/Next.js, Node, Python, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of building and launching SaaS products - not just features on existing products
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production systems
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, or multi-step AI pipelines
• Strong Dev Ops fundamentals - you can set up CI/CD, manage cloud infrastructure, and deploy without hand-holding
• Self-directed work style - you don't need daily standups to stay productive

• Experience with Trigger.dev for background jobs and task orchestration
• Experience with n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with Vercel, Supabase, or similar modern deployment stacks
• Background in building multi-tenant SaaS or white-label platforms
• Open-source contributions or personal SaaS projects you can show us
