Lead Technology Specialist - remote

You will work directly with leadership, leveraging modern technologies to enhance operational efficiency. • Own the complete technology stack including e-commerce platform, ERP integrations, and data infrastructure.
• Build AI-powered automation solutions for various business functions such as customer service and inventory management.
• Transform prototypes from leadership into production‑ready systems.
• Architect and execute integrations between platforms like Shopify Plus and internal tools.
• Establish development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with CEO and fractional CTO on technical strategy.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Type Script.
• Active utilization of AI tools for coding, such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• A systematic approach to AI‑assisted development.
• Strong problem‑solving and process improvement skills.
• Must be US‑based for remote work.

• Contract phase compensation of $75/hour with flexible working hours.
• Potential for a base salary of $150,000 after the initial contract phase.
